The Pakenham Football Club is a fully licensed venue. We have two separate function rooms available to cater for any sized event. Our excellent venue is fully equiped with a bar, large commercial kitchen and a dance floor! Our main function room has floor to ceiling windows, a balcony and even elevator access!

Function Prices  Payment required one month prior to event

 

Main Function Room; holds up to 200 people

Monday – Thursday & Sunday

7.30pm-12.30am (min 5 Hours) – $350

Friday or Saturday

7.30pm-12.30am (min 5 Hours) – $450

Day rates

9.00am – 5.00pm – $250; 5 Hours $450

 

Smaller Function Room; holds up to 30-40 people

Monday – Thursday & Sunday

7.30pm-12.30am (min 5 Hours) – $250

Friday or Saturday

7.30pm-12.30am (min 5 Hours) – $300

Bonds – payable as deposit to secure date

  • Standard: $500 (fully refundable if no damage has been caused)
  • 21st parties: $800 (fully refundable if no damage has been caused) – Security is required and the party needs to be police registered. This is the responsibility of the persons hiring the facility.

Extras

  • Kitchen Hire – $300
  • Jukebox Hire – $100
